Spring Valley At Ute Creek borders one of only 2 public 18 hole courses here in Longmont, Ute Creek Golf Course. Ute Creek Golf Course was designed by a world-renowned golf course architects of the Robert Trent Jones II Group. They opened in 1997…funny the year I graduated High school! Wow, that ages me! The 18-hole championship course is a Par 72, ranging in length from 5,509 yards to 7,167 yards. If you are a golfer, this is the place to be! The other longmont courses are Sunset, Fox Hill Country Club and Twin Peaks.

Spring Valley at Ute Creek is a hidden gem of a neighborhood. Homes here are more affordable due to the distance of 5 miles to the heart of Longmont. If you are good with less traffic and close proximity to the freeway, Spring Valley at Ute Creek may be a great option for you. I personally live in this community so I am going to try to keep this unbiased! My personal favorite parts of living in the Spring Valley at Ute Creek subdivision are the lower home prices, proximity to the 1-25 and the area seems less busy= less traffic and people. That’s just me! Spring Valley at Ute creek offers so much more. They have an HOA meeting at least every other month. They have yearly community garage sales, summer community BBQ’s, easter egg hunts, and amazing neighbors. The community fee at Ute Creek is amazing. Neighbors are always trying to help neighbors. Close Proximity to the Mountains

Location, Location, Location!

Spring Valley at Ute Creek is in an extremely convenient location. Being that Spring Valley at Ute Creek is located just east of the heart of Longmont, it gives the neighborhood close proximity to the I-25 and Route 66. If you are leaving Spring Valley at Ute Creek, and head north less then a mile, you run into SR66. This is important! If you head west, it takes you straight to Lyons and Estes Park and ultimately takes you into Rocky Mountain National Park.  

Every time I have family from out of state, we go to Estes Park. The drive is picturesque and the town is very cute.
